When the wall went up in 1961, opposing tanks squared off yards apart, ready. One false move could have sent the world into a tailspin. Now that’s tension.
The most effective communication has a sense of tension in its DNA. It causes the audience to think twice, or to think harder - it begs a reaction.
The air in Berlin is steeped in tension and creativity - the key building blocks of great work. We love the story of the city, its role in the global community, and the uniqueness of its history. We also fell in love with the way that creativity seems to bubble up through the cracks in the sidewalk in Berlin. Rather than relying on structured creative spaces and communities, Berlin seems to be one big creative workspace - where some exciting or challenging creative surprise lurks around each corner.
